Are the stickers durable?
Yes, our stickers are very durable and guaranteed for 5 years for outdoor use. Be sure to follow the proper installation method (see this guide) to maximize the longevity of your sticker.
What are the delivery times?
All our orders are shipped via Canada Post. Deliveries within Canada take between 2 and 6 business days. Orders shipped by parcel come with a tracking number that you can use to track your package. If you have not received your order within this timeframe, please contact us.

How to remove a decal?
You can carefully remove the stickers by hand without any issues. If your sticker is on a wall, make sure it’s a wall sticker before removing it. Standard stickers may damage the paint when removed. Visit our Installation page for more details.

What is your return and refund policy?
We do not accept returns unless your product is damaged upon receipt. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to request a refund or a replacement product. Visit our Shipping Policy for our complete policy.
